At Silly Case, we take pride in the quality of our products. Every item is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are custom-made on demand, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, personal preference, accidental purchases, orders placed by mistake, or incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, contains a manufacturing or printing error, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue along with your order number.

Cancellations

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

All of our products are made to order specifically for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You may edit your order at any time before it goes into production.

Once your order has gone into production, it can no longer be canceled or modified. If there is an issue with your order after delivery, you may be eligible for a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with the policies below.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed checkout for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund them.

Damaged / Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, printing error, or incorrect item received

The most helpful photos are taken on a flat surface in good lighting with the issue clearly visible.

Please contact us with these details through our contact form within 30 days of delivery.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

Product Orders Refund Policy

Because products are made to order, all sales are final.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are only available if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item contains a manufacturing or printing defect
  • You receive the wrong item

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must include photographic evidence of the issue.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Accidental purchases
  • Orders placed by mistake
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

PayPal Refunds

Any approved refund processed through PayPal will typically appear in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card Refunds

Any approved refund processed to a credit or debit card may take approximately 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Donations and Tips Refund Policy

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once checkout has been completed, we cannot cancel or refund donations or tips.

Locked Messages Refund Policy

Locked messages are non-refundable. Once checkout has been completed, we cannot cancel or refund a locked message purchase.

If you experience issues accessing a locked message after payment, please contact us through our contact form and we will work to resolve the issue.

Lost, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Silly Case is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and check with neighbors, household members, or local postal services.

Silly Case is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and, depending on your location, Klarna, AfterPay, and other local payment methods.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
