Returns & FAQ
We stand behind the durability of our products. If your case arrives physically damaged (such as cracks, breaks, or defects that could damage your phone), we will replace it.
For any such issues, please provide clear photos of the damage on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your message via our contact form. This will help us provide a speedy resolution.
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for print errors, cosmetic issues, change of mind, wrong model selection, or personal preference.
Cancellations
All of our products are made to order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Damaged Items
Please contact us via our contact form within 30 days of delivery with photos showing the physical damage. We will review the request and, if approved, provide a replacement.
Refunds Policy
Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges except for approved physical damage claims as described above.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. You are responsible for these fees.
Merchant of Record
Orders are handled by our Merchant of Record and merchandising partner, Fourthwall.com, who handle order-related inquiries and returns.
